Additionally, Veterinary Sales and Service, Inc. ships merchandise to Canada, Mexico, and to other international locations. The risk of loss and title for all merchandise ordered on this Web site passes to the customer when the merchandise is delivered to the shipping carrier.  All merchandise is shipped "duties and taxes paid by recipient” i.e the customer. By purchasing merchandise on this web site, customers agree to pay any and all duties, taxes and customs clearing fees immediately upon arrival of their merchandise to the shipping carrier selected by the customer.  Should a customer refuse a package, customer agrees to pay the return shipping charges and any related duties, taxes and customs clearing fees not reimbursed to Veterinary Sales and Service Inc. by the shipping carrier.
